Bajan Mango Punch

With its hot Bajan spice and Jamaican Wray & Nephew rum, this cocktail is sure to warm you up, even on the coldest winter nights!

To make this delicious cocktail from home you will need:

  • fresh red chillies
  • hot pepper sauce (yes, like the one you can buy in Turtle Bay 😊)
  • vanilla syrup
  • orange & mango juice
  • Wray & Nephew
  • one whole lime

And this is how to make it:

  1. Fill up glass with ice
  2. Add 40ml of Wray & Nephew
  3. Add 20ml vanilla
  4. Squeeze 1 whole lime into your glass
  5. Add a quarter of a teaspoon of hot pepper sauce (we definitely think that’s enough heat, but if you want to go hotter, we won’t judge!)
  6. Top it up with orange & mango juice
  7. Stir well and garnish with sliced red chillies
