With its hot Bajan spice and Jamaican Wray & Nephew rum, this cocktail is sure to warm you up, even on the coldest winter nights!
To make this delicious cocktail from home you will need:
- fresh red chillies
- hot pepper sauce (yes, like the one you can buy in Turtle Bay 😊)
- vanilla syrup
- orange & mango juice
- Wray & Nephew
- one whole lime
And this is how to make it:
- Fill up glass with ice
- Add 40ml of Wray & Nephew
- Add 20ml vanilla
- Squeeze 1 whole lime into your glass
- Add a quarter of a teaspoon of hot pepper sauce (we definitely think that’s enough heat, but if you want to go hotter, we won’t judge!)
- Top it up with orange & mango juice
- Stir well and garnish with sliced red chillies
