Turtle Bay App Terms and Conditions

Earning stamps

• As a Bay Club member, you’ll earn a Turtle stamp when you spend £7 or more. You can earn one Turtle stamp every 24 hours. 
• Give your server your ID code before you ask for the bill to earn stamps. 
• Please allow 5 minutes after your purchase has gone through for Turtle stamps and Gifts to be loaded up.

• We can only process one App member per table. This means only one person can use their app or redeem a gift. We cannot process more app members, even if you split your bill. The app is linked to the table not the payment.
• The only way for multiple app members to redeem a gift at the same time is to sit in the bar area and pay at the bar.

• Please check the expiry date of each Gift. We are unable to extend app Gifts.
• We’ll send you a Gift after every 3^rd, 6^th and 9^th stamp earned.
• You can use Gifts on anything, at any time, on any day, unless specified in the Gift but only one App member can redeem a gift per table.
• Multiple app rewards (from the same app member) can be used at the same time. However, only one app member can use their app per table.
• Creating multiple app accounts to get gifts is not allowed. Our team will not accept these gifts and reserve the right to refuse service. 
• Promotional gifts are limited to one per person. Our team have the right to refuse a gift if they believe the app member is in breach of T&Cs or has previously redeemed this promotional gift. 

Click and Collect

• At the moment, The Bay Club is only valid for dine-in - not click & collect
• The Bay Club is not compatible with any third party ordering apps so you can't use it when you order delivery via UberEats/Deliveroo

• If you don’t visit us for 12 months, your Bay Club membership may be deactivated
• Turtle Bay reserves the right to remove or change this program at any time.
• There is no cash alternative available for any gift earned through The Bay Club

Blue Light Card / Defence Discount Card Terms and Conditions

• Discount can only be provided when your Blue Light or Defence Discount card has been linked to your Turtle Bay App with a vault code.
• You'll receive 20% off your food bill only. There is no discount on drinks.
• We can currently only offer discount when you dine-in or order collection over the phone/in person. We cannot process Blue Light Card discount on click & collect orders at this time.
• We are unable to process NHS or other discounts through orders placed with Deliveroo, JustEat, UberEats or any other third party.
• When visiting for Bottomless Brunch, discount will only be applied to the food element of your purchase, not drinks
• Turtle Bay reserves the right to remove or change this discount and its conditions at any time
• This offer is exclusively for Blue Light Card holders and Defence Discount Services Card holders.
• Turtle Bay reserves the right to refuse discount.
