Turtle Bay App Terms and Conditions

General Terms & Conditions

• You must be over the age of 18 at the time of registration to join the Turtle Bay Rewards App.
• Membership is limited to one per person. You may only register one App account. If you get a new phone number or email address, you can edit this under 'My Profile', in 'More'. 
• Turtle Bay reserves the right to delete an account and all related rewards and Turtles if we suspect this is being used in a way that is not in keeping with the terms stated here. 
• If Turtle Bay suspects one individual has access to more than one App Account, all additional accounts and associated rewards will be removed.
• Your membership entitles you to earn "Turtles" if you meet the conditions detailed below. 
• Once you have earned 3 Turtles, 6 Turtles and 9 Turtles, you will receive a "Reward" which can be redeemed according to the conditions stated within the reward. These rewards and their terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
• You are not entitled to any further offers, deals, discounts, rewards or free items; however, Turtle Bay may occasionally offer these to you as part of a promotion.
• Turtle Bay reserves the right to remove or change this program at any time.
• There is no cash alternative available for any rewards earned through the App.
• Turtle Bay reserves the right to remove a Reward at any time from your account if you're not using the rewards app in the way that it was intended.
• If you don’t visit us for 12 months, your Turtle Bay Rewards App membership may be deactivated.

• Depending on your App Reward, depends on whether it is one App member per table, or multiple App members per table. Please check your Reward T&C's for more details.

Earning Turtles

• You’ll earn a Turtle stamp when you spend £10 or more. App rewards and offers are not included in the £10 minimum spend. You can earn one Turtle stamp every 24 hours.
• Give your server your ID code before you ask for the bill to earn stamps.
• Please allow a few hours after your purchase has gone through for Turtle stamps and rewards to be loaded up.

• Please check the expiry date of each Reward. We are unable to extend app Rewards.
• We’ll send you a Reward after every 3^rd, 6^th and 9^th stamp earned.
• Please read the terms and conditions stated within each reward as these may be different, or change.
• Our app rewards and offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other. 
• Creating multiple app accounts to get rewards is not allowed. Our team will not accept these rewards and reserve the right to refuse service. 
• Promotional rewards are limited to one per person. Our team have the right to refuse a reward if they believe the app member is in breach of T&Cs or has previously redeemed this promotional reward. 

Chelmsford

• Not all app rewards and offers are available in Turtle Bay Chelmsford. Please see the individual terms and conditions.

Delivery

• The App is not compatible with any third-party ordering apps, so you can't use it when you order delivery via UberEats/Deliveroo

Free Breakfast

• Enjoy a free dish from the breakfast menu when you purchase a hot or soft drink. 
• Limited to the first 10 redemptions per site per day. 
• One redemption per app per month. 
• Dine-in only, available every day. 
• Not valid with any other offer, promotion or reward. 
• Rewards can’t be extended. 
• To redeem, show your code when asking for the bill.
• Not valid on event days.

Free Hot Drink

• Enjoy a free hot drink, no minimum spend. 
• Max one redemption per app per day. 
• Management withholds the right to refuse the use of this of reward.
• Dine-in only, available every day. 
• Not valid with any other offer, promotion or reward. 
• Rewards can’t be extended. 
• To redeem, show your code when asking for the bill.
• Not valid on event days.

2 for £10/11 Cocktails

• Enjoy 2 for £10 cocktails, no minimum spend, must order the same cocktail to qualify. (£11 in London)
• Valid Sun - Weds from 8pm. 
• Dine-in only, selected sites only.

Kids Eat Free

• Consists of a free main from the Kids Menu and a dessert. A dessert upgrade is available for £1.5.
• Adult must spend a minimum of £15 from our Main Menu.

Student Bottomless Brunch

• Enjoy Bottomless Brunch for £29.95. 
• Mon-Thurs. 
• Available from 16th Feb until 2nd April. 
• Student ID may be requested at the point of purchase. 
• Not valid with any other offer, promotion or reward.

• Not valid in Scotland.
• Not valid on event days.

Gym Partnership Promotion 2026

• Free Jerk breast or 1/2 chicken for app users who enter a promo code provided by their gym partner.
• Minimum spend of £5.
• Valid every day. Not valid on event days.

Blue Light Card / Defence Discount Card Terms and Conditions

• Discount can only be provided when your Blue Light or Defence Discount card or valid email address has been linked to your Turtle Bay App. This is either with a valid vault code or a verified Blue Light email address.
• You'll receive 25% off food every day. There is no discount on drinks.
• Blue Light cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or deal; such as Lunch Deal, Sharing Menu or Set Menu.
• Blue Light discount will only be applied to the food aspect of Beach/Midnight Brunch.
• We can currently only offer discount when you dine-in or order collection over the phone/in person. We cannot process Blue Light Card discount on click & collect orders at this time.
• We are unable to process NHS or other discounts through orders placed with Deliveroo, JustEat, UberEats or any other third party. Turtle Bay reserves the right to remove or change this discount and its conditions at any time.
• This offer is exclusively for those with a valid emergency services email address, Blue Light Card holders and Defence Discount Services Card holders.
• Turtle Bay reserves the right to refuse discount.
