Head Chef

As soon as you walk in at the start of your shift, the warm welcome from the team sets the mood. The hustle and bustle as we start to prep, ready to deliver the magic of the Caribbean to our guests.

Our dishes are fresh and we cook with delicious ingredients that you won’t find anywhere else. Our menu is challenging, complex and rewarding. We have menu changes a couple of times a year, and so our skills are always developing.

After a busy lunch service, the sun starts to set and the bar starts to fill. The reggae gets louder, the grill gets hotter. Curry one pots and delicious platters fly off the pass; we’re the heartbeat of Turtle Bay at its best – delivering good times and making people happy.

Our Head Chefs are some of the most valued and respected people in our business, trusted with delivering our dishes on spec and on time, motivating their kitchen teams and keeping costs in line. It's a challenging role but one that brings huge rewards and opportunities.

Chef de Partie

AS a CPD you'll have many strings to your bow - mastering skills from the jerk pit grill through to rolling and shaping our handmade rotis. You'll be passionate about making people happy - from your team to our amazing guests.

Our CDPs are the masters of every section in our kitchens. Whether it's marinating our chicken or rolling our rotis they bring the freshness of the Caribbean to every dish we produce. They are critical to the success of our business.

Commis Chef

The Turtle Bay menu is designed so that our guests can eat however they want - from grazing all afternoon on starters to sharing a bit plate of jerk chicken with friends. So all the sections in our kitchen work together to bring the magic. As a Commis Chef you'll be running one of these sections and having the best time delighting our guests.

Our Commis Chefs are our stars of the future. We love to develop our chef talent in the family. Many of our best chefs started working on just one section as Commis Chefs. We will be keeping a keen eye on your development if a career with Turtle Bay is what you are looking for!

Sous Chef

If you're looking to start your career as a Chef, working as a Sous Chef in Turtle Bay is the best place to start. Our diverse menu means you'll get loads of experience prepping all sorts of different dishes from sunshine-inspired breakfasts through to late night bar snacks.

Kitchen Porters

Always smiling and working hard, our Kitchen Porters are one of the most invaluable members of our teams. Our kitchens couldn't function without them and there are always plenty of opportunities to progress and learn new skills.
