We’re getting fully into the spirit of Veganuary here at Turtle Bay, with loads of stunning vegan and vegetarian dishes and drinks – all inspired by the flavours of the Caribbean islands.

‘Cutters’ are little nibbles inspired by beach shack and street vendors across the Caribbean islands. Our vegan ones include Trini Doubles, ‘puffed up’ bara roti flatbreads, with curried chickpeas, chutney and coconut shavings. And Sweet Corn Fritters, spicy with scotch bonnet peppers, served with West Indian hot sauce and a pickled onion & herb salad.

For light bites, there’s our Curried Chickpea with Peppers & Mushroom wrap. Or how about one of our brilliant salads? There’s SuperVital Green, Festival or Four Grain – all fabulously meat and dairy free.

If you’re looking for some winter warmth, a slowly simmered One Pot is sure to hit the spot. Vegans will love our coconut-infused Ital Rundown, and fragrant Spinach, Aubergine and Sweet Potato Curry.

Our delicious ‘provisions’, which make great sides, include Trini Watermelon Chow, Trini Pineapple Chow and Supergreen Salad. And not forgetting our epic list of delicious tropical drinks, with a huge range of them suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
