This autumn, we’re telling the stories of undiscovered talent, through our brand new series, “What We’re Made Of”.
To kick this off, we partnered up with Rookie Greenie; an allotment founded by Daniel Opoku-Baah, to celebrate his agricultural journey and the importance of fresh ingredients.
Head Chef of Turtle Bay Croydon, Marlan, headed down to Rookie Greenie to check out the fresh produce and rustle up a dish using Dan’s allotment-grown ingredients.
