Now in its third year, this survey reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering an environment where every team member can thrive.
Survey Participation & Structure
This year, we surveyed over 2000 employees, with an impressive 55% completion rate—up from 47% last year. The survey included 37 questions, thoughtfully divided into three key sections:

Key Findings
Overall Company Score
Our overall company score has improved to 4.10 out of 5, a slight increase from last year's 4.03. This 1.74% improvement underscores our dedication to inclusivity and employee wellbeing.
Team Sentiments & Scores
· Team Net Promoter Score: 4.05 out of 5, highlighting positive sentiment among our workforce.
· Importance of Inclusion & Wellbeing: 4.11 out of 5, showing that our teams value these initiatives.
· Sense of Belonging: 4.07 out of 5, reflecting a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.
Our teams have excelled in expressing their authentic selves at work, indicating strong inclusivity across various dimensions, including sexual orientation, gender, and language.
Gender Diversity
Our workforce is nearly evenly split between male (50%) and female (48%) employees, with 2% identifying as other genders, including transgender, genderqueer, and gender fluid. This marks a slight increase in gender diversity compared to the previous year.
Opportunities for Growth
While we celebrate these positive trends, we also recognize the need for further improvement, particularly in enhancing diversity within leadership roles where certain ethnicities are underrepresented.
