Bajan Mango Punch Recipe
With its hot Bajan spice and Jamaican Wray & Nephew rum, this cocktail is sure to fire you up!
You will need
- Fresh red chillies
- Hot pepper sauce (yes, like the one you can buy in Turtle Bay 😊)
- Vanilla syrup
- Orange & mango juice
- Wray & Nephew
- One whole lime
Method
Makes one cocktail
- Fill up glass with ice
- Add 40ml of Wray & Nephew
- Add 20ml vanilla
- Squeeze 1 whole lime into your glass
- Add a quarter of a teaspoon of hot pepper sauce (we definitely think that’s enough heat, but if you want to go hotter, we won’t judge!)
- Top it up with orange & mango juice
- Stir well and garnish with sliced red chillies
