Extract Coffee Roasters...

We’re serving up Extract Coffee- a bold, flavourful roast crafted in Bristol, using beans from Brazil, El Salvador and Kenya. It’s smooth, rich, and full of character, with hints of chocolate cake, butterscotch and praline in every sip. It’s just the right balance of sweet and bitter- perfect for starting your morning or giving your day a little lift. And it’s all thanks to Bertha and Betty...we’ll get onto them.

How we make the best Flat White...

It all starts with the beans. We grind 18 grams fresh into the basket- just the right amount for that rich, full-bodied espresso. We're not stingy over here, just making proper coffee the way it should be.

While our La Marzocco machine works its magic, our baristas get to work on the milk. The trick’s in the swirl- gently spinning the milk in the jug and tapping out any bubbles to keep it silky.

Then comes the pour...

This is where the skill meets the vibe- leaves, flowers, swans... or if you’re going for a cappuccino, a chocolate turtle dusted on top. Every cup is a little work of art, made with care and served with a smile.

These vintage beauties date back to the 1950s and have been lovingly restored and modernised to roast more efficiently, with less waste.
