Cockspur rum has been making the party happen since 1884, when Valdemar Hanschell created the rum in Barbados. The newest edition to the party is their brand NEW, Turtle Bay exclusive Pineapple Rum!

The new rum is a tropicalĀ blend of Barbados' famous golden rum with juicy pineapple and a hint of coconut and vanilla. If you'reĀ new to rum then we definitely recommend trying a flavoured rum like Cockspur's Pineapple Rum. It's alsoĀ a great shout if you love fruity cocktails like PiƱa Coladas or rum punches!

CockspurĀ PiƱa Colada

  • 50ml Cockspur Pineapple RumĀ 
  • Pineapple juiceĀ 
  • 3 dashes of Angostura bittersĀ 
  • 15ml cream of coconut
  • Sprinkle of desicated coconutĀ 
  • 2 chunks of fresh pineappleĀ 
  • Pinch of sea saltĀ 

Method:

Fill a blended with 60g of crushed ice, add all ingredients and carefully blend. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.Ā
