Cockspur rum has been making the party happen since 1884, when Valdemar Hanschell created the rum in Barbados. The newest edition to the party is their brand NEW, Turtle Bay exclusive Pineapple Rum!
The new rum is a tropical blend of Barbados' famous golden rum with juicy pineapple and a hint of coconut and vanilla. Cockspur Piña Colada
- 50ml Cockspur Pineapple Rum
- Pineapple juice
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 15ml cream of coconut
- Sprinkle of desicated coconut
- 2 chunks of fresh pineapple
- Pinch of sea salt
Method:
Fill a blended with 60g of crushed ice, add all ingredients and carefully blend. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.
