Jamaican Mule Recipe

JAMAICAN MULE RECIPE

This fiery little number is SO delicious but SO easy to recreate at home - because it's so quick with few ingredients it makes a great road drink if you're off out or just want to whip something up to impress some impromptu guests! It's sweet and spicy - and perfect if you're feeling a tad queasy from the night before - the ginger is very soothing!

YOU WILL NEED

• Spiced Rum (your choice - we're partial to Duppy Share Spiced!)
• Ginger Beer
• Fresh Lime
• Bitters (optional)

METHOD

Makes 1 cocktail

• Fill your glass with ice
• Add 40ml of spiced rum
• Add 20ml of lime juice (fresh is best)
• Top up with ginger beer
• ENJOY!
