Jamaican Wake Up
We all love an Espresso Martini to start a festive do with, so we levelled up and created the Jamaican Wake Up. And here's the recipe... to make those celebration days even better!
Ingredients
- Freshly brewed coffee
- Dark rum
- Tia Maria, or any coffee liqueur
- Coconut milk
- Vanilla syrup
Method
Makes one cocktail
- Get your coffee ready, usually about 50ml and let it chill for 10minutes
- Fill up your glass with ice
- Add 40ml of dark rum
- Add 20ml of Tia Maria
- Add 20ml of vanilla syrup
- Top up with coconut milk
- Finish up with double Espresso!
