We all love an Espresso Martini to start a festive do with, so we levelled up and created the Jamaican Wake Up. And here's the recipe... to make those celebration days even better!
Ingredients
Freshly brewed coffee
Dark rum
Tia Maria, or any coffee liqueur
Coconut milk
Vanilla syrup
Method
Makes one cocktail
Get your coffee ready, usually about 50ml and let it chill for 10minutes
Fill up your glass with ice
Add 40ml of dark rum
Add 20ml of Tia Maria
Add 20ml of vanilla syrup
Top up with coconut milk
Finish up with double Espresso!
