Chef Collin's inspiration behind our new menu is all about freshness, joy, and clean food which is bursting with flavours! He's introduced popular Caribbean ingredients like callaloo, ackee and jackfruit to a number of dishes, including our vegan Island Brunch Bowl. In fact, almost 50% of our menu is plant-based.See menu
