The Inspiration
Beef ribs are enjoyed throughout the Caribbean, often marinated with local spices and slow-cooked for maximum flavour and tenderness. We really wanted to add a dish to our menu that is as indulgent as is delicious - something that feels like a real treat and leaves you feeling full and happy - and Jerk Beef Rib fully meets that brief!

Covered in our lightly spiced classic jerk gravy which includes flavours such as thyme, allspice and scotch bonnet, it's a real feast of flavours. But it's not just the sauce that has the flavour here; the beef rib itself has a really rich and meaty flavour that will have you craving more.
All this deep flavour balances perfectly with a creamy sweet potato mash and a side of roasted greens for the perfect meal.
