For this you will need to arm yourself with a cocktail shaker, which are easy to find on Amazon.
You will need
Vodka
Passion fruit liqueur
Vanilla syrup
Passion fruit juice (Rubicon from the corner shop) or an alternative, tropical juice with orange and passionfruit will do!
Prosecco
One fresh passionfruit to garnish
Method
Makes one cocktail
Fill up cocktail shaker with ice
Pour 25ml of vodka
Add 25ml of passion fruit liqueur
Add 20ml of vanilla syrup
Squeeze one whole lime
Shake all together for around 10secs and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with half passion fruit disc
Pour Prosecco into the shooter glass and you’re ready!
Top Tip: If you don't have a cocktail shaker, you can also put the ingredients minus the ice in a blender for a quick wizz (don't overdo it - a couple of seconds is good!). Add a handful of ice and give it a really good stir with a spoon so the liquid cools. When pouring into the glasses, use the back of the spoon to keep the ice in the jug!
