This special is built for sharing – soft, creamy burrata paired and fresh grilled pineapple that brings the sweetness, with a zingy, herb-packed Trini-Churri that cuts through with a hit of freshness. Served with toasted sourdough for scooping, spreading, and tearing between friends. A proper Caribbean twist on a summer classic.

Pina Colada Wings

Sweet, sticky, and slightly addictive. These wings are tossed in a rich rum and pineapple glaze that’s bold and mouthwatering- think of the iconic summer cocktail, reimagined with a savoury edge. They’re messy in the best way...

Bajan Pork Chops

Smoky, succulent, and with a citrus crust that brings real depth. Layered with roasted pineapple and a fiery coconut-infused Bajan hot sauce. It’s heat with flavour, not just spice for the sake of it. Pair with a fresh cold pint of Carib and settle in.

7oz Rump Steak

Juicy, tender, smoky... this is our take on a summer steak. Seared to perfection as if it’s straight from the cookouts in the Caribbean, sliced, and served with garlicky butter and our very own Trini-churri for balance. The fresh one. This bowl is packed with tropical fruit, vibrant salad, and our signature rice and peas – topped your way with flaked salmon, jerk chicken, or halloumi.
