THE ONE YOU'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR!
It's everyone's favourite.... the drink SO good we once put it on the menu twice........
How to make a Tingaling:
You'll need:
- Gin
- Elderflower cordial
- Prosecco
- Ting (or Lemonade)
- Fresh Grapefruit
Method:
Makes 1 cocktail
1. Fill your glass with ice (we use a wine glass, but whatever you have at home will work!)
2. Add grapefruit slice
3. Add 30ml of gin
4. Then 20ml of Elderflower Cordial
5. Next is good splash of Prosecco - but leave some room for....
6. .....a little more ice
7. And a dash of Ting!
8. Give it a stir
9. This next step is optional, but if you're feeling fancy or want to impress... garnish with a mint sprig.
