We’ve partnered with the talented Chef AJ, of bespoke meal kit brand All In A Box for an exclusive one-night-only event at Turtle Bay Brixton.
On Wednesday the 30th of October, prepare to be wowed by a special 5-course tasting menu curated by Chef AJ, who brings his vibrant flair to Caribbean-inspired cuisine. The evening will include 4 drinks pairings, featuring tropical cocktails and rums that are perfectly matched to the rich and varied flavours.
The Menu
For this exclusive evening, Chef AJ will create a unique five-course Caribbean-inspired tasting menu. From jerk smoked lollipops to baked coconut and spice crumbed chicken, each dish promises to transport your taste buds straight to the sunny islands. You can expect bold, fresh flavours, all for just £49.50 per person, with drinks thoughtfully paired to complement each course.
