Whether your dad is a long-time Turtle Bay fan, or is brand new to our Caribbean-inspired cooking, we can guarantee he'll love our flavour-packed food. All our meats are marinated in our famous spice rub for 24 hours before being fire-grilled to perfection for the perfect smoky summer bbq flavour.
Dad not a fan of spice? Our jerk dishes have a bit of heat but they won't blow your socks off. But if dad's likely to get a sweat on with the spicier dishes that's no problem - we have plenty of dishes that are big on flavour and low on spice.
The Perfect Dad Dish
We've just added the perfect dad dish to our menu, our new Jerk Platter - complete with a half jerk chicken, half rack of our tender bbq ribs, jerk sausage, slaw, fries and rice and peas. It's idealfor sharing between a few people but a few dads have been known to give it a go all on their own 👀
All About the Sides
Our Jerk Platter isn't the only new addition to our menu - we've also added a brand new side - Jerk Corn on the Cob! It's the perfect starter / sharer / side to pair with any jerk dish, or simply start your meal with. With the weather for Father's Day looking nice and sunny, our buttery jerk corn is just what you're looking for to kick things off.
Pair with an ice-cold beer
Nothing washes down our rich jerk dishes quite like an ice cold glass of Red Stripe (or 2!). A Jamaican favourite, that's just what it was designed for. Or if Dad's interested in trying something a little different, we have our very own range of Turtle Bay beers that were designed by our friends at Drygate Brewery with all the flavours of our Caribbean cooking in mind. Choose from a Pale Ale or Golden Lager.
