Meet the new cocktails
Inspired by a need to escape somewhere tropical, we've paired some brand new flavours with new rums to create a collection of cocktails that are truly unique. With guava, lychee, coconut and mango all making an appearance, these fruity cocktails are guaranteed to become your new cocktails. Finally, this is summer!
Mango Paloma
Our totally tropical twist on the drink of the moment, the Mango Paloma is a mix of tequila, mango and lime with a hint of grapefruit. There's something so light and refreshing about the Paloma, it's impossible not to feel like you're on holiday when you're sipping on one of these!
Lychee Daiquiri
Delicate and beautiful but deeply delicious, Twin Fin Lychee and Coconut flavoured rum mixes perfectly with fresh guava juice for an exotic treat.
Montego Bae
A remake of a Turtle Bay classic, brought back by popular demand! Overproof Wray & Nephew rum is mixed with falernum, lime and a hint of pineapple and apple for a fruity but strong drink.
Guava Breeze
Fatastically smooth, this drink pairs Appleton Signature Rum with guava and mango for a fruity affair that's seriously moreish.

Our Sundowners are carefully crafted classics with a refreshing island twist. Inspired by beach-side sunset sessions, as day turns to night, you’ll find yourself floating away to paradise with just one sip.
Designed for slow sipping alongside a few small plates or a flavour-packed dinner, the Sundowners combine premium rums, spirits and liqueurs with our favourite tropical flavours to bring you an evening of pure relax.

French Martini
As elegant in taste as in looks, this twist on a classic combines the sweet, coconutty flavour of Koko Kanu with rich flavours of Chambord to create your favourite new evening sipper. Pair with Sweetcorn Fritters for the perfect post-work treat.
Rum Sour
A classic rum sour, with hints of cinnamon and vanilla sweetness coming through from Rumbullion, a new rum on the Turtle Bay menu. Orange bitters and Triple sec makes for a a nice round finish with a hint of fruitiness. We think this one makes for a delicious after-dinner drink, paired with a Salted Caramel Brownie!
