Countdown to Carnival!
Preston carnival is one of the largest and longest-running cultural celebrations in Preston, attracting tens of thousands of visitors each year. We are proud sponsors of Preston Carnival, which is celebrating its 50th year on the 26th May 2024 - Preston comes alive in May as the city dances to the rhythms of the Caribbean and we can't wait to join in with all the activities and celebrations! Read on to find out what we have planned....
Carnival Tingaling
If you're an OG, you'll recognise our iconic Tingaling! We're bringing it back with a twist for one week only to celebrate Preston carnival. It will be available to order in Preston only from 18th - 26th May, with £1 from each cocktail sold donated to Preston carnival. Enjoy 2 during Happy Hour (note, only £1 donated during 2'4'1)
Pre-carnival launch party
It's the 50th Carnival this year in Preston so the celebrations are BIG! We're kicking things off a week early and hosting an official launch party on Saturday 18th May. Join us at Turtle Bay Preston for DJs and Carnival VIPs from 5pm-9pm and live reggae band, Ruff Trade, from 10pm - midnight!
Enjoy tasty small plates and sharers and sip on tropical cocktails whilst enjoying the tunes - it's Happy Hour until 6.30pm and again from 9pm 'til close. It's free entry, but we'd recommend booking a table to guarantee a spot.
Preston carnival
Heading to the carnival parade? Don't forget to grab your tickets here! If you're taking part in the procession, be sure to make a stop outside Turtle Bay and grab yourself some tasty jerk wings from our BBQ and a tropical cocktail or two to keep you going.
Carnival after-party
Not quite ready to end the party? Don't worry, the fun doesn't end there! That's right, join us post-carnival for the ultimate after-party. Enjoy live music from Rhythum Island Fusion from 7pm 'til late and tuck into tasty island flavours and tropical cocktails. It's 2'4'1 until 6.30pm and again from 9pm - close. It's going to be a night to remember and you don't want to miss this 🙌
