Our vibrant upstairs event space is located upstairs in our Hammersmith restaurant. We can accomodate up to 40 guests seated or 80 guests standing - it's the ultimate spot for any occasion.

Our event space also has direct access to our beautiful outdoor terrace! Feel like slipping outside? Our outdoor terrace is the spot to kick back, cocktail in hand, and soak up those good vibes! Whether you're plotting your next dance move or sneaking away for a heart-to-heart, the terrace is your tropical hideaway.

The Bar

What's better than a private event space with access to our beautiful terrace? With our upstairs event space, you'll have access to your very own bar - so there's no need to make trips up and down the stairs to refresh your drinks! From our famous 2'4'1 cocktails and extensive collection of rums, to a refreshing pint of Red Stripe, our bartenders are ready to shake up your favorites and keep the drinks flowing throughout the event.

Large Party Booking T&Cs

  1. We take a £50 deposit for bookings of 13 people or more at the point of booking.
  2. The £50 deposit will then be deducted from your bill on the night of your booking.
  3. If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the time of your booking we will refund your deposit to the card you paid with. Please email feedback@turtlebay.co.uk in order to process the refund. It can take up to a week for this to show on your card.
  4. If your party size changes, don't worry! We'd really appreciate it if you amended your booking so we know (you can do this from your confirmation email) but there will be no change to your deposit, even if your party size changes quite a bit. We'll still deduct the £50 deposit from your bill on the night.
  5. If you change the date or time of your booking, there'll be no change to your deposit either.
  6. If you need to cancel your booking and don't give us at least 48 hours notice, we cannot refund the deposit.
  7. The max table size for Bottomless Brunch is 12 Sun - Fri & 8 on Saturdays to make sure everyone gets plenty of cocktails!
