Terms and Conditions

All digital Gift Cards and experience vouchers will be dispatched immediately to the email address provided. All physical Gift Cards will be dispatched within 3 working days of being ordered.

  1. All Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. We cannot except expired Gift Cards.
  2. We recommend you register your Gift Card or Experience so that it can be replaced in the event of loss or theft
  3. Turtle Bay reserves the right not to replace any unregistered cards that are lost or stolen
  4. All Gift Cards are valid for use in any Turtle Bay within the UK only
  5. Gift Cards can’t be exchanged for any monetary value
  6. A Gift Card or experience can be redeemed against anything on our menu up to the value displayed within the Digital Gift Card email or the physical Gift Card receipt
  7. Any additional spend in excess of the value of the Gift Card or experience voucher must be paid for
  8. Turtle Bay reserves the right to refuse payment by Gift Card
  9. If you don’t spend the full value of your Gift Card, the remaining value can be used another time within the Gift Card validity period.

  11. We recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment
  12. Please note if you have a Bottomless Brunch Gift Card or a Round of Cocktail Gift Card, you must be 18+ to purchase alcohol and we do operate a Challenge 25 policy.
  13. We cannot accept Gift Cards via third party delivery platforms (UberEats/Deliveroo) and we currently can't accept Gift Cards if you use our Order & Pay function.
