TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Entries close at 11.59pm on Monday 15th January 2024.
• You must be 18+ to enter. Your chosen guest must also be 18+ to attend the holiday.
• Competition is open to UK residents only.
• One entry per person.
• Winner will be contacted by phone or email. You have 24 hours to accept the prize, after which time Turtle Bay may pick another winner.
• The prize includes round-trip flights to Barbados from London, transfer from GAIA airport to the resort and a week stay on an all-inclusive basis for two adults. All food and drink at the hotel is covered. Compliments of Visit Barbados.
• Economy flights only will be provided.
• Dates of travel will be subject to availability at the time of booking in the required booking class.
• At least one months’ notice must be given before intended date of travel.
• You must arrange your trip within 12 months of accepting the prize.
• Travel may not be permitted during blackout or peak seasons i.e. School holidays, Christmas, Easter.
• Passenger names and dates of birth should be provided as per passport, before ticketing.
• All elements of the prize are non-transferable, non-changeable and have no cash value or alternative.
• Travel is from London airports only.
• It is the travellers' responsibility to arrange their own transport to and from London, ensure their passport validity & arrange appropriate travel insurance.
• The prize winner and guest are responsible for acquiring and paying for any visas required to enter Barbados. No liability is accepted if the winner cannot travel because of insufficient or incorrect documentation.
• The prize winner is responsible for all other costs incurred other than what is outlined in these t’s & c’s and “the prize” given by Turtle Bay and Visit Barbados. Turtle Bay is not liable for any costs with regard to this prize in any way.
