And each month, our head chefs bring together a handful of dishes inspired by their favourite flavours and ingredients.

Our curated specials are about bringing people together, swapping plates, and staying a little longer than planned.

What's on the menu?

Enjoy our Cannon of Mutton - succulent, slow-cooked and finished with pineapple salsa and a touch of chilli oil.

Or try our Bajan Chicken Supreme, rich, comforting and full of Caribbean spice.

Our Swordfish is grilled and topped with vibrant trinnichurri, while this month’s Fish Fry pays tribute to Oistins in Barbados - lightly fried hake, squid and king prawns, served golden and crisp with homemade tartare sauce.

And to finish, something sweet. Our warm Banana Bread, drizzled with coconut caramel and served with creamy coconut ice cream.
