20% NHS Discount off food at Turtle Bay

We wanted to say thank you to the hardest workers of the UK – emergency service, NHS and defence workers. We love what you do & think you deserve a little bit of Caribbean sunshine!

That’s why we’ve officially teamed up with Blue Light Card and Defence Discount Services to give you 20% discount on our deliciously addictive Caribbean food all week. 

You'll need the Turtle Bay App to get your discount - read on to find out how. Please note T&Cs apply - see below for details.

How to Get Blue Light & Defence Discount 

  1. Sign up or login to Blue Light or Defence Services
  2. Search for 'Turtle Bay'
  3. Generate a 'vault code'
  4. Download the Turtle Bay App & register an account
  5. Enter your Vault code as a Promo code on the Turtle Bay app
  6. Your discount will then apply automatically every time you visit us and use your app

Make sure you give your App ID code every time you visit. Just tap "grab my ID code" and give this to your server before you ask for the bill.

For Bottomless Brunch, your discount will apply to the menu price of the item that you choose, as well as any sides, starters and desserts.

  • You'll receive 20% off the food part of your bill only.
  • You must activate your discount by the relevant third party scheme using the Turtle Bay app. Please get in touch if you have any issues - you won't be able to get your discount if you visit without the discount linked in your app.
  • The discount will be applied after all other gifts, rewards and offers.
  • When visiting for Bottomless Brunch, discount will only be applied to the food element of your purchase, but not drinks.
  • Only one App can be used per table.
  • Discount is available for dine-in and call & collect. Unfortunately at this time we can't offer Blue Light discount on click & collection or delivery.
  • We are unable to process NHS or other discounts through orders placed with Deliveroo, JustEat, UberEats or any other third-party.
  • Turtle Bay reserves the right to remove or change this discount and its conditions at any time.
  • This offer is exclusively for Blue Light Card and Defence Discount Services Card holders. You may be asked to present proof of your employment.
