Free Red Stripe with Reggae Roast Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this Promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. The Promoter of this offer is Turtle Bay Hospitality Ltd.
2. This Promotion is run through the Turtle Bay loyalty app. All qualifying, registered Turtle Bay loyalty app members can receive an app gift called “Free Red Stripe with your Reggae Roast”, also referred to herein as “the Promotion”.
3. All conditions of the Promotion, as stated below and within the Turtle Bay app must be met for the Promotion to be valid.
4. The Promotion permits the app member to receive one free Red Stripe pint for every adult Reggae Roast purchased in one single transaction, up to a maximum of 12 free pints of Red Stripe.
5. A valid Turtle Bay App gift entitled “Free Red Stripe with your Reggae Roast” must be linked to the bill to redeem the offer.
6. The Promotion is valid from 12pm 28^th January 2024 until 6pm 3^rd March 2024.
7. The Promotion is valid on Sundays only, from 12pm-6pm, in the following locations only:

8. Each app member is only permitted to receive and redeem the Promotion once.
9. Once the app gift called “Free Red Stripe with your Reggae Roast” is used against one single transaction (Ie the app member is in receipt of one or more free Red Stripe pints), the offer is considered redeemed. Once redeemed, the Promotion cannot be resent or reused, irrespective of the number of free Red Stripes received by the guest in the original transaction.
10. The Promotion cannot be split across multiple transactions. It must be used in a single transaction.
11. Only one app member can use their app on a single transaction.
12. Kids’ Reggae Roasts do not qualify as part of the Promotion.
13. There is no alternative or substitute product to the Free Red Stripe pint.
14. There is no cash alternative to this Promotion.
15. Due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to offer this Promotion in Scotland.
16. Turtle Bay’s Reggae Roast is subject to availability. It is the guest’s responsibility to check Turtlebay.co.uk/reggae-roast to ensure that their desired booking location (from those listed herin), date and time is available. We recommend booking a table in advance to avoid disappointment.
17. A valid Turtle Bay App Member ID must be given and the Turtle Bay team must be advised that the guest wishes to redeem the Promotion. There is no other way to redeem this offer. It is the guests’ responsibility to advise the Turtle Bay team that they would like to redeem the Promotion and present a valid app gift.
18. You must be 18+ to receive this offer. Turtle Bay operates a challenge 25 policy – please bring ID.
19. Alcohol is served at Manager’s discretion. The Manager has a right to refuse service.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this Promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
21. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta. Meta is not responsible to Turtle Bay guests in respect of any aspect of this promotion.
22. The personal data provided by recipients of this Promotion when signing up to the Turtle Bay app will only be used by the in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.turtlebay.co.uk/privacy). From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion.
23. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
