2. You must be 18 years old or over to complete this survey and qualify for the prize draw.
3. Survey responses will belong to Turtle Bay
4. All survey responses will be considered anonymously
5. You must provide your email address in order that we can contact you if you win prize. Your email address will be used for this purpose only.
6. Only one entry per person to the prize draw will be counted.
7. The prize is a £100 Turtle Bay Gift Voucher which can be redeemed at any UK Turtle Bay restaurant. It will expire 6 months from the date of receipt and will be sent by email.
8. Upon notification of winning the prize, you have 24 hours within which to accept. Turtle Bay reserves the right to select an alternative winner if you fail to accept the prize within this time frame.
9. Turtle Bay reserves the right to change or remove this survey, competition or prize at any point.
10. This survey and associated competition is not open to Turtle Bay employees, contractors or agency partners.
