Turtle Bay x Cockspur Trip to Barbados for 2 people 2023
1. Offer open to UK residents who are aged over 18, excluding employees of Turtle Bay and Cockspur companies or any person professionally connected with this promotion and their immediate families. All winners must hold a valid passport.
2. Entries can only be made on TikTok and Instagram using the #Turtlebayslays hashtag, up to once per day for the duration of the competition. Any other 3rd party submissions are invalid. 3. Opening date for entry is 16th October 2023.
4. Closing date for entry 12th November 2023.
5. The winner will be chosen at random on 13th November 2023. The winner will be contacted by 14th November 2023 via social media direct message. Should we be unable to contact the first winner or do not hear back by 21st November, another winner will be chosen to win the holiday prize which will need to be claimed within 7 days.
6. The prize: for two people - round trip flights from London to Barbados, 7-night stay plus breakfast in a Barbados hotel, one day at a beach club with complimentary food and drinks, and one dinner including food and drinks. Internal travel within Barbados is not included.
7. Cockspur is responsible for paying for the prize.
8. The two flights must be taken simultaneously. Flights are ATOL protected and must be booked via Cockspur. Details of how to book will be provided to the winner. Flights are subject to availability, and must be booked between 2 Jan 2024 and 13 December 2024. There are periods of time that the outbound departure is not possible. These are 12-16 Feb 2024; 29 March – 12 April 2024; 28-31 May 2024; and 25 Oct – 4 Nov 2024.
9. The prize winner and guest are responsible for acquiring and paying for any visas required to enter Barbados. No liability is accepted if the winner cannot travel because of insufficient or incorrect documentation.
10. The prize winner is responsible for all other costs incurred other than what is outlined in these t’s & c’s and “the prize” given by Turtle Bay and Cockspur. Turtle Bay is not liable for any costs with regard to this prize in any way.
11. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Prize must be accepted as offered.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend any part of this promotion due to circumstances arising outside its reasonable control. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
