General Manager

Turtle Bay General Managers are scene setters. They have a naturally positive energy and lead the team with clarity and kindness, inspiring them to be continually better and coaching for progression. In a normal week, our General Managers work hard to drive sales, maximise budgets, adapt to the changing dynamics of the restaurant and make sure the highest standards are set. They are always thinking about the future of their restaurant and bringing creative ideas to the business. 

Our General Managers bring the vibe to the whole team, connecting all aspects of the restaurant and are always curious about their people and guests. They are passionate about hospitality, whilst showing a competitive edge for success.

Deputy Manager

As a Deputy Manager in Turtle Bay, you’re next in line to become the General Manager of one of our restaurants. You’ll lead the way with standards and practices, looking to improve systems and operations.

In the working week, you will lead a department and support the next generation of managers in the restaurant, pay attention to detail with budgeting, reporting and auditing, whilst being welcoming and warm towards our team and guests. 

You’ll coach and develop your supporting managers whilst learning new ways of working yourself.

Assistant Manager

At Turtle Bay, our Assistant Managers are the life and soul of the party with a natural connection with the team and guests. They are our next-generation leaders and have curiosity, creativity and infectious energy.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be people-orientated, playing a key role in supporting a department and your management team whilst getting the best out of the team. You’ll develop your own skill set with stock taking, scheduling rotas, training, and people management.

Head Chef

Our Head Chefs have the heart of the kitchen and are at the centre of making our guests’ experience extra special, plating up delicious and fiery food. They have a keen eye for detail for both presentation and hygiene standards, managing budgets and auditing. Our Head Chefs can do it all. 

As a Head Chef in Turtle Bay you will lead the kitchen team, coaching and training in our ways of working and efficiently managing stock and kitchen operations. Our chefs inspire, motivate, develop and always bring the vibe to create a magical Caribbean experience for all.

Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef in Turtle Bay, you are a growing manager with a passion for learning and development for not only yourself but the team around you. You’ll receive training to strengthen your knowledge of stock management, team leadership and constructing ways of working. Your organisational skills will allow you to lead a section and your enthusiasm will bring the magic of the Caribbean to our guests.  

Our chefs are the centre of our kitchen, plating up delicious dishes and ensuring everything has its place so we all can love what we do and have fun working.
