My journey in Turtle Bay started in 2016 in Solihull as Head Chef as the site was opening. I then moved to Birmingham in 2019. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in Turtle Bay so far, meeting so many wonderful people through the years. I take pride in looking after the kitchen and my team. I have developed many new skills working in Turtle Bay, progressing to run a large team and a high volume kitchen. It is a different kind of challenge, but one I have really embraced.

I joined Turtle Bay Swansea in 2017, initially as a waitress but I was developed into management within 3 weeks of joining the company. Since then I have earned three promotions and am currently Deputy Manager in Turtle Bay Staines! I absolutely love my job! Everything from the food, to the vibe, to the fast-paced environment. Most importantly, it’s the people that make me excited to come back to work every day.
