There is a huge amount of power when you collaborate and build strong partnerships with community groups and businesses. We have been working on building some strong partnerships - check some of them out below!
We have partnered up with Youth Music because they are committed to helping young people get into the music industry. As part of the partnership, we have donated to Youth Music’s NextGen Fund, which helps behind-the-scenes creatives take a step forward in participating and changing the music scene.
Youth Music is a nationwide charity that believes every young person should have the chance to change their life through music. Their insights, influence and investment in grassroots organisations as well as young people themselves means that more young people can make, learn and earn in music.

Our partnership with Reach Society is based on a shared mission of inspiring young black people and helping them build confidence in the professional world of business. At Turtle Bay, we have the knowledge to share and a team of people from a multitude of backgrounds and experiences.
We are looking forward to attending the Employability Day events around the UK and showcasing some of the careers we have to offer at Turtle Bay. We hope to have some of our teams share their career journeys at the events. We are also extremely privileged to be hosting a series of Windrush Day Thanksgiving Gatherings around the country.
As our charity of choice, we will work on ways to fundraise. One of the ways that we have already got underway is the option for our team members to donate on our internal rewards, recognition, and comms platform called The Reef.
"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." — Helen Keller.
We are looking forward to seeing where this partnership will take us all!
When we reopened our restaurant in Blackburn we really wanted to focus on connecting with the communities.
Blackburn Rovers are well known in the community as the heart of the city, so partnering with them and working in collaboration felt like the right move. Blackburn Rovers' values align with ours especially around supporting the people of Blackburn in any way we can.
Our partnership with Blackburn Rovers is ongoing and we are excited for what’s ahead!
The Trust has lots of fun events and opportunities lines up for the Jamaican community. Since 1962, they have led efforts to increase connections among Jamaicans in the UK through community-led activities all year round.
This year, we hosted members of the Trust at Turtle Bay Croydon for their Windrush celebration dinner. Families and friends gathered to share experiences of Windrush with different generations and to celebrate the Jamaican community.
We look forward to future events with the Trust and building a long-term relationship!
