Our waiters bring our restaurants to life! They are amazing hosts and work with the team to bring the best menu recommendations, good vibes, and magic inspired by the Caribbean.
The great thing about working on the floor at Turtle Bay is you never stop learning – from the new dishes on the menu to the wide range of people you get to meet. No one day is the same, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
As a member of our floor team, you’ll develop your confidence, become a menu-expert, and learn amazing service skills whilst moving to reggae beats and making friends for life!

Our Chef de Parties are at the heart of our kitchens and work with amazing flavours and fresh ingredients to bring the heat to our restaurants every day!
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll learn master skills from the jerk pit grill through to rolling and shaping our handmade rotis. You’ll make delicious dishes using fresh ingredients from our varied menu whilst showing off your skills and having lots of fun!
As Head Waiter, you'll develop your leadership skills on the floor and begin your management journey whist having a lot of fun at the same time!
You’ll lead the way in creating memorable experiences for our guests, make real connections with our teams and keep the energy in the restaurant high.
The only way is up when it comes to your management career and you’ll and receive plenty of opportunities to progress!
As a Head Bartender, you'll lead the way in making sure that the bar runs smoothly and the energy levels are kept high. You’ll coach and train on how to free-pour, multi-pour and make endless delicious cocktails whilst developing your confidence in leading a team.

As a Junior Sous chef, you’ll begin your journey as a kitchen manager. You’ll develop your leadership and training skills, support your Sous Chefs and Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly.
You'll learn to become a pro at ordering and stock taking, whilst bringing the best fiery-jerk dishes to our guests and fun to the team!
Out restaurant floors are filled with warmth, fun, energy, and happy guests. Our Bussers support our floor teams in making the magic look effortless.
Being a busser is a great place to start if you’re new to waiting - as a Busser, you’ll run delicious dishes from the pass and make sure that tables are clear and before they leave. You’ll learn how to work at pace in a busy restaurant, develop your confidence in hospitality and have lots of fun whilst doing it!
Our Commis Chefs work with amazing flavours and fresh ingredients to support our kitchen teams by bringing the magic inspired by the Caribbean to our guests.
As a Commis Chef at Turtle Bay, you’ll develop your culinary skills with industry-leading training whilst listening to great music and making friends for life!
There's never a dull moment when you're working behind one of island bars - the rum keeps flowing, the laughs keep coming and the guests and teams leave happy. Our bars wouldn't function without our amazing Bar Backs - this is a great place to start if you're new to bartending!
As a Bar Back you’ll support out Bartenders in keeping the bar spotlessly clean, organised and tidy whilst learning how thing are done and having lots of fun.
Our Kitchen Porters do an amazing job of keeping our kitchens spotlessly clean to support our chefs on the line to bring the heat to our restaurants and fiery flavours to our guests every day!
As a Kitchen Porter there’ll be lots of opportunities to develop your skills and progress in the kitchen – from Commis Chef, to Chef de Partie, to Sous Chef upwards!
