Better Perks Are Here!

There's no doubt about it, our Bay Club Members are Turtle Bay super fans. We genuinely love spending time with you in our restaurants every week - it's so great to see familiar faces coming back for more rum, reggae and jerk! We want to show you how much we love you and share more Caribbean magic with you, which is why we've made the Bay Club Perks even better!

What's Changing?

You now get better gifts when you earn 3, 6 and 9 Turtle stamps. We've increased the value of these gifts to:

  • £10 on 3 Turtle stamps
  • £15 on 6 Turtle stamps
  • £20 on 9 Turtle stamps

You'll need to spend £10 to earn a Turtle stamp (not including any gifts or discounts). You can still earn 1 Turtle stamp in a 24 hour period.

When you earn a gift from your Turtle stamps, you'll have 30 days to redeem this. Other gifts that we send may have different terms and conditions. 

If you had a valid gift for reaching 3, 6 or 9 Turtles that you hadn't redeemed, this will be replaced with the new, higher value gift! 

A New Look

As well as bigger, better Perks, we've also given your Bay Club App a little bit of a sparkle, with a fresh new look. It should be easier to find your gifts and grab your ID code from anywhere in the app. 

Even faster, easier booking

We've made it easier to make, amend and cancel bookings and you'll also notice a brand new feature, as suggested by some of our loyal members - you can now view your upcoming bookings!!

If you don't see these changes, you might need to try updating your app, by going to the App Store or Google Play Store.

£20 on your birthday

If you're not celebrating your birthday with tropical cocktails and tasty jerk flavours, are you even celebrating? We'd love to share the fun of the big day with you, which is why we send everyone a £20 gift on their birthday - with no minimum spend. This should land in your app on your birthday, but if you subscribe to our mailing list with the same email address as you have on your app, we'll email you a link to access it 10 days earlier.

FAQs

I had an old gift - can I get it upgraded?

If you had valid, in-date gift that you received after reaching 3, 6 or 9 Turtles and you hadn't redeemed it, this will be replaced with the new, higher value gift!

I recently redeemed an old gift, can I get a gift for the difference?

If you recently redeemed a gift for reaching 3, 6 or 9 Turtles, we won't be able to replace this - but you won't be far off a new, higher value gift - and as always, there are plenty of surprise gifts coming your way too.

I recently joined, can I get a free gift?

The new joining gift is for anyone who joins from 21st October onwards - but don't worry, there'll be plenty more surprises coming your way soon!

I don't think you've upgraded my gift....

No worries - we can check this for you! The first thing to do is go to "My Gifts" and then head to the "Redeemed & Expired" tab. This will show you all the gifts you received that have either been redeemed, or expired without being redeemed. If the gift you were expecting to see isn't in there and you think it's been removed without being replaced, just get in touch with us and we can looking to this for you!

I recently redeemed an old gift, can I get a gift for the difference?

We aren't upgrading any old gifts that have been redeemed as the new program starts on 21st October onwards, but you are only ever 3 visits away from another gift-  so that's a great excuse to come and try our new menu!

I can't see any changes in my app...

The changes will take place on 21st October. After this date, if you don't see anything this might mean you need to manually update your app. You can normally do this from your app store. Don't worry - the new gifts and perks will still apply to you, even if you can't see the new versions. If you are struggling to find out how to update the app or this hasn't worked, the next step is to uninstall and reinstall. You can then login with the same phone number.

Can I use my app on 21st October?

Yes - there shouldn't be any downtime. All changes should have taken place by the time the restaurants open at midday on Monday 21st October.

I don't think I have the same number of Turtles as I had before...

The number of Turtles you have shouldn't have changed - if you think it has, please get in touch.
