With the change of seasons, comes a brand new menu!

We’re bringing you both with a brand new menu that’ll help you feel the warmth of the Caribbean on even the coldest of days. Including 3 new mains, a new starter and the return of an old favourite, there’s something for everyone on our new menu and we can’t wait for you to try it.

Fish Tacos

Fish tacos are a popular dish in coastal Caribbean regions, blending the fresh catch of the day with vibrant, zesty toppings. We serve ours with crispy, golden-fried hake fillets on top of a classic bara roti, topped with a zesty slaw, and a drizzle of tangy pepper salsa.

Jerk Beef Rib

If you’re a meat-eater, then you have to try this new dish! Tender, fall-off-the-bone beef rib, slow-cooked and glazed with our rich jerk gravy – this dish has such a rich and hearty flavour.

Trini Cod

The perfect dish for those looking for something a little lighter, or who love a fish main. Delicately steamed cod served on top creamy mashed potatoes, accompanied by seasonal roasted greens, all drizzled with a light and mildly spiced garlic butter sauce.

Beef Cheek Stew

Oxtail stew is a popular dish across the Caribbean, especially in Jamaica, and this is our take on it (but without the bones!) A hearty stew made from beef cheeks, that are slow cooked until tender and succulent. The rich gravy, infused with flavours of garlic, thyme, and Scotch bonnet peppers, perfectly complements the beef cheek's melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Brown Chicken is back!

You asked, and we delivered! Our classic Brown Chicken stew is back – and it’s better than before.

Juicy, marinated chicken thighs in a rich gravy made from onions, garlic, tomatoes, and a blend of spices served with rice and peas and sweet plantain.

Not only have we added plenty of new dishes for you to try, we also have 2 brand new sides – our Roasted Greens, which make the perfect veggie companion to any main, and our creamy mash, which pairs brilliantly with our curries and stews.

New Puddings:

Ginger Pudding

This is autumn in a pudding! A warm, spiced cake infused with fresh ginger, molasses, and brown sugar, offering a rich and comforting dessert. Topped with a fresh pineapple and rum compote and coconut ice cream. Pair with a coffee or a Coconut Espresso Martini for the ultimate finish to any meal.

Cheesecake

A creamy, rich cheesecake topped with fresh, sweet mango compote, served on a buttery toffee base. A tropical twist on a classic dessert.

Due to popular demand, we’ve brought back Reggae Roasts to even more locations this year. Expect huge plates of food, big flavours and feel-good vibes that are perfect for a Sunday of fun spent with friends and family.
