We want you to enjoy your time and Turtle Bay. We have different types of work patterns available so just ask, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Regular Check Ins

It’s important we listen to our teams to see how they are feeling, and also hear feedback on how we can make working at Turtle Bay even better. Our Managers have regular 1-2-1s with their teams and we call these check ins.

Always Supported

We always want to know how you’re doing – our aim is for you to always feel happy. As well as supportive managers, we have various external partners to support our teams when they need it.
