If you're planning a work party or covering the bill for someone else, you might want to arrange for pre-payment of all or part of the bill beforehand. This makes things super easy for the party on the day, allowing the guests to relax and enjoy themselves. We have a couple of options available to you!

If any of the above is true, you can prepay your visit by purchasing a gift card; purchasing a digital one will ensure it arrives via email immediately. Gift cards can be loaded with a maximum of £300, but you are welcome to buy several if you think your bill will be higher than this.
You'll then just need to entrust one of the visiting party with the gift card(s) - we'll need the long number at the point of payment. If the bill exceeds the value of the gift card(s), this must be paid in cash or by card on the night. Our team can help your party keep an eye on the bill total; just ensure they mention this when they arrive.
This option is best if all the following are true:

If you do want to prepay by bank transfer, get in touch using the form below and we'll issue you an invoice. The payment must have cleared before the booking takes place. If the bill exceeds the amount prepaid, this must be paid in cash or by card on the night. Our team can help your party keep an eye on the bill total; just ensure they mention this when they arrive.
Invoices can only be paid by bank transfer. If you wish to pay via credit card, you'll need to purchase gift card instead.
