There's no doubt about it, our App Members are Turtle Bay super fans. We genuinely love spending time with you in our restaurants every week - it's so great to see familiar faces coming back!

HOW IT WORKS

Here’s how it all works.

Turtles

Earn 1 Turtle when you visit & spend £10+ (max 1 every 24 hours).

Rewards

After every 3rd Turtle stamp, you’ll earn a reward! Find these in My Rewards. They expire after 30 days, so pop back soon to redeem.

We’ll sometimes send a few surprise rewards too - just make sure you check the T&Cs and expiry in the reward.

ID Code

Tap this in the bottom nav (or your member card) and then give this to your server before you pay. If you have any rewards and offers to redeem, let your server know you want to redeem these

Your code refreshes every 15 minutes.

Super fast booking

Book a table in seconds with your app - no need to put in any details (but you’ll still need to check in with your ID when you visit).

You can also amend, cancel and view your upcoming bookings!

Offers

Tap the “Offers" button on the homepage to find more exclusive app member offers.

Student Perks

You’ll find these in “Offers” - make sure you validate your uni email first! You can find out more about Student perks here.

New Phone number?

You can now update your phone number in the app. Simply click 'More', and then head to 'My Profile' to update your details.
