From the moment you step around the corner from the hustle and bustle of Staines and into our vibrant restaurant, you'll feel the warmth of the Caribbean wash over you. The sweet smell of smoky jerk fills the air, island party tunes are spinning, and cool cocktails are shaken to the beat. We pack all our dishes with rich spices from the islands – thyme, allspice, nutmeg and more - to bring a burst of flavour you won’t find on your average Christmas menu. Expect fresh, exciting veggie and vegan options and plenty of choice for those who don’t like spice. Big Parties, Private Hire and Events

If your group is a little larger, we’ve got you covered – we can accommodate larger groups Sun-Fri (max 8 on Saturdays until 5:15pm, max 12 on Saturdays after 5:15pm). We even have a cosy downstairs area that's perfect if you're looking for a more private space just for your group.

For tables of 13+ we’ll take a £50 deposit that comes off your bill, and we will take an online pre-order just to keep things smooth on the night.

For those that are feeling the late night vibe or just fancy a few cocktails, you can book your group in for Just Drinks and make the most of our Happy Hour and island party vibe.

2'4'1 Cocktails

Enjoy 2'4'1 cocktails every single day at Happy Hour, which runs until 6:30pm and again for 9pm 'til late. Inspired by the Caribbean islands, we have a huge range of over 20 cocktails. From Turtle Bay specials, like our Reggae Rum Punch, to our twists on classics like the Mojito or the Mai Tai, you can be sure to find a cocktail that'll have you feeling festive.

These 5 new drinks are inspired by beach-side sunset sessions. They’re carefully crafted, refreshing classics with an island twist. As day turns to night, you’ll find yourself floating away to paradise with just one sip.

Designed for slow sipping alongside a few small plates or a flavour-packed dinner, the Sundowners combine premium rums, spirits and liqueurs with our favourite tropical flavours to bring you an evening of pure relax. The perfect way to celebrate Christmas.

How to Book

Our Christmas menus are available from 18th Nov - 2nd Jan. To enjoy our set menu and free cocktail, choose “Caribbean Christmas” when you book. For tables of up to 12, you’ll need your card details handy to validate your booking but no payment is taken, and no pre-order needed.

For tables of 13+, you’ll pay a £50 deposit when you book - this comes off the bill on the day. We’ll need a pre-order for food returned before your visit.

Originating in Jamaica, it refers to a special way of marinating & slow cooking over an open flame – usually it’s meat, like chicken or pork, resulting in a juicy, succulent and smoky dish that’s like nothing else.

The Christmas set menus and free festive cocktail are available 18th Nov 2024 - 2nd January 2025.
Free festive cocktail (or mocktail) only available when you order our Caribbean Christmas set menu.
The free cocktail / mocktail is specified by Turtle Bay. There is no option to swap or change.
Max one free cocktail per person dining, 18+ only. Please bring ID.
There are no substitutes for the free festive cocktail, or for any set menu dishes.
Blue Light & Defence members will get the regular 20% discount on the Christmas set menu.
You can find details on our allergens here. Please note ingredients and allergens for the festive cocktail will be released nearer the time. We recommend reconsulting the allergen sheet close to your booking as our suppliers occasionally change their product lines.
We have availability for larger tables Sun - Fri, however the maximum table size on Saturdays is 8 people until 5:15pm and 12 people after 5:15pm.
We do not take deposits or pre-orders for tables of 12 or less.
For groups of 13+ we take a £50 deposit at the point of booking and a pre-order up to 72 hours before your booking.
